We can support and educate colleagues in your organisation  on how to navigate the subject of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging,  to improve decision making and create systemic change.

During our session, we will support your team to build and  maintain inclusion by educating and enabling them to learn in a safe and  challenging way. There will be pre and post work for the session itself to  enable the workshop to be focused on dialogue and supporting people to take  pragmatic and positive actions.​

This session will allow you to:

·         Developing a growth mindset​

·         Creating a safe space to learn, un-learn and  re-learn​

·         Be comfortable with getting uncomfortable​

·         Identify our own prejudices​​

·         Being curious and listening to others​​
