Join us as Isobel Chilman from Retail Hive leads the discussion on the psychological safety of our frontline staff and and how we better protect them, a workshop delivered on cultural intelligence delivered by Dylan Shimmon from Equality Leaders as well as a number of businesses discussing their own D+I journies and who will also be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
