Toothaches can be caused by a number of things, including:

  • Cavities
  • Broken or cracked teeth
  • Tooth sensitivity
  • Sinus infections and congestion
  • Gum disease
  • Grinding teeth
  • Abscess
  • Ear infection

To prevent toothaches, you can:

  • Brush and floss daily
  • Avoid sugary foods and acidic drinks
  • Eat lots of fresh, crunchy vegetables
  • Schedule a dentist appointment
