PAPYRUS has successfully completed Includability’s 6-Stage Verification Process, marking its commitment to creating an inclusive, sustainable, and mentally healthy workplace. Through this partnership, PAPYRUS aims to continue its vital work supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people by fostering a workplace culture built on inclusive and sustainable practices to benefit its talent.

Dave Holby-Wolinski, CEO at Includability, said, “We are so pleased to welcome PAPYRUS to our community as an Includability Committed Employer. Gaining the status is a fantastic achievement, and I am thrilled that the team has worked closely with our verification partners to commit to greater transparency in creating an inclusive, sustainable, and mentally healthy workplace culture.
“This status is more than just a recognition; it's an opportunity to attract the most talented and diverse workforce, to foster innovation through varied perspectives, and to create a workplace where every individual feels valued and empowered. It’s about being at the forefront of positive change, responding to evolving societal expectations, and ensuring long-term success while making a real difference in the world.”

Who is PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide?

PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide is the UK charity dedicated to the prevention of suicide and the promotion of positive mental health and emotional wellbeing in young people. PAPYRUS exists to reduce the number of young people who take their own lives by shattering the stigma surrounding suicide and equipping young people and their communities with the skills to recognise and respond to emotional distress.

“PAPYRUS is proud to have achieved the Includability Committed Employer Status – a certified status for inclusive and committed employers. We join a community of organisations dedicated to putting people and the planet first.
“We are delighted to have been recognised for our strengths in diversity and inclusion; sustainability; talent management; leadership and governance; mental health, and wellbeing.
“We now look ahead to collaborating with our colleagues across the charity and within the Includability network to build on these areas going forwards,” - Louise Kerrigan, Head of People and Culture at PAPYRUS.

Why choose Includability?

Includability is an essential workplace standard partner for companies committed to enhancing their talent management, acquisition, and retention strategies, while showcasing their dedication to diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and mental health.

As candidates increasingly scrutinise corporate values, Includability offers a comprehensive and evolving solution to meet these expectations.

Our 6-call verification process, conducted by expert Verification Partners, meticulously analyses your organisation’s practices. This is followed by a Verification Partner Report that identifies areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

Includability is a ready-to-go network of experts dedicated to helping build your business into a more profitable, diverse, inclusive, sustainable, and mentally healthy workplace.

Partnering with us means PAPYRUS will potentially save financially through improved staff retention and futureproofing the business through sustainability and governance guidance.

What is Includability’s Verification Process?

Our Verification Process was independently conducted by Includability Official Partners: Prosperah, Outliers Wellbeing, ODISEE Ltd, TalentMapper, The HR Agency, and Mental Health Charter CIC. This ensures practices align with established definitions of an ‘Inclusive Workplace’.

After completing our company commitment survey, PAPYRUS underwent the 6-Stage Verification Process conducted by our industry-leading Verification Partner Experts. This independent process is based on a framework of commitment and progression over a two-year period, providing a comprehensive evaluation of diversity, inclusion, and sustainability practices.
