In November, the Includability community came together to celebrate the incredible achievements of our finalists and winners at the 2024 Includability Awards. This event wasn’t just about trophies – it was about honouring the organisations, teams, and individuals driving meaningful change in workplace inclusivity, wellbeing, and diversity.
Paired with the return of our popular Links and Drinks networking event, it made for an unforgettable week filled with camaraderie, recognition, and a shared commitment to inclusivity.
Dave Holby-Wolinski, founder of Includability, is taking on an incredible challenge: rowing a marathon every day for 30 days straight! Using a rowing machine (thankfully, no lakes involved!), Dave is raising funds for two important causes: his local school and cancer research. Each day, he’ll be rowing outside the school gates, pushing his limits to make a difference.
In a world where mental health is increasingly recognised as a crucial component of overall well-being, Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) stands as a beacon of advocacy, education, and support. It's a time for individuals and organisations to come together, shed light on the importance of mental health, and take meaningful action towards creating a more supportive and inclusive society.

B Corp is a global certification enterprise whereby non-profit, B Lab, verifies that they are meeting the highest environmental and social responsibility standards, not only through their product or service, but across all aspects of internal and external practices.
