What can I ask BILI?

You can ask BILI practical questions about building an inclusive workplace culture across the six Includability pillars. It works best on the questions people bring to our Community Support Groups: what to try, what has worked elsewhere, and where to start.

Diversity and Inclusion:
How can we make our hiring more inclusive?
Mental Health:
How do I start a conversation with my team about mental health?
Wellbeing:
How do we know if people use our wellbeing offer?
Sustainability and Impact:
Where do we start with social impact?
Talent Management:
How do we support neurodivergent people to progress?
Leadership and Governance:
How do we get the board involved in culture?

How does BILI work?

BILI is trained on transcripts and summaries from Includability Community Support Groups, talks and training.

When you ask a question, it searches that knowledge for the closest answer and credits the speaker where it can, so you know whose experience you are hearing.

Built from real experience: hundreds of sessions with Partner Experts, consultants and people doing the work inside organisations

Credits the speaker: answers name the person who shared the experience

Points you onwards: to the recording, the course or the session where you can go deeper

Honest about its limits: if it does not know, Bili will say so and points you to our team for support.

What BILI does not do

BILI shares practical experience from the community. Some situations need a professional, and BILI will point you to them.

BILI does not give medical, legal or financial advice

BILI does not advise on live employee cases, grievances or disputes. Talk to your HR team, ACAS or an employment lawyer

For health conditions and adjustments at work, speak to your occupational health provider or look at the government's Access to Work scheme

For ongoing support for someone at work, your Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health First Aiders are there to listen, support and signpost

BILI is not a crisis service. In an emergency call 999. Samaritans are free on 116 123, 24 hours a day
