Understand where you are

You join as a Committed Employer and complete the Company Support Survey - 45+ questions across all six pillars.

It is designed to be straightforward and takes most teams less than an half and hour.

It gives us a structured baseline of where you are and what you are doing before your expert partner calls begin.

This is not a test. There are no right answers. The survey is the starting point for a structured conversation, not a scoring exercise.

Every call is led by one of our independent experts who works specifically in that field.

Your expert partner call on DEI will cover where your organisation sits on representation and belonging, what your inclusive hiring practices actually look like in practice, and where the gaps are between your stated values and your employees' lived experience.

Sustainability and Impact

Environmental responsibility, B Corp alignment, ESG evidence and community impact.

For many organisations, sustainability sits in a separate team with limited connection to people strategy. Your expert will explore how sustainability and impact are embedded across the business, what your ESG evidence base looks like, and how your approach maps to B Corp and JEDI requirements if relevant.

Your leadership and governance call will examine how accountability for people, culture and ethics sits at board level, whether governance structures reflect the values the organisation promotes, and where the gaps between leadership intent and organisational reality are.

Physical, financial and social wellbeing — beyond awareness days and EAPs.

Wellbeing is broader than most organisations realise. Your expert partner call will examine the full picture — physical, financial and social — and help you understand whether your current provision is reactive or genuinely preventative.

Mental Health

Prevention-focused strategy, psychological safety, manager capability and burnout risk.

Your mental health expert will look beyond awareness days and EAP provision to examine your organisation's approach to prevention, how equipped your managers are to have the right conversations, and where the systemic risks to psychological safety actually sit.

Talent Management

Recruitment, retention, development, succession and employer brand.

Talent management is where culture becomes visible to the outside world. Your expert will examine your approach to inclusive recruitment, how development and progression work in practice, where retention risk sits, and whether your employer brand genuinely reflects who you are as an organisation.

How does our expert-led review work?

Beginning with the Company Support Survey establishing a benchmark of current practices. This is followed by six independent 30-45 minute calls with expert partners, assessing key areas such as policies, workplace inclusion, talent attraction, and mental health support.
