B Lab UK measures and verifies companies’ environmental and social performance using the B Impact Assessment, and ensures rigorous standards are met by all UK B Corps. Together with B Lab teams from around the world, we link a global network of socially and environmentally responsible businesses and promote positive, action-led change towards a new approach to business.

When it comes to work-life balance we will always look to set an example through policies, practices and culture. Even though our systems change mission is a serious and urgent effort, we will approach our work with a spirit of optimism and good humour, and fun.
