As a specialist psychological consultancy, we believe all minds belong, so it is our mission to inspire a working world that supports and values the talents of neurodiverse minds, empowering individuals to be their best selves at work.

Empowering Individuals
We empower individuals with conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia (DCD), dyscalculia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum conditions (ASC) cognitive functioning difficulties and mental health, by providing support services. Our services include Diagnostic Assessments, as well as Screening Assessments, Workplace Needs Assessments, One-to-One Coaching, Awareness Sessions and eLearning solutions (for both individuals and line managers).
Empowering Teams
We deliver keynote presentations, training programmes and interactive workshops tailored to meet our customers needs, to develop informed, collaborative and high performing teams.

We serve as trusted advisors and partners with organisations to make a positive difference. Our team of psychologists are dedicated to supporting organisations to develop environments where neurodiversity can flourish; empowering them to create Neurodiversity Smart workplace cultures across all areas of their organisation and delivering psychological support services to neurodiverse talent.
