Changing the Way People View Neurodivergence As a certified ADHD coach, a neurodiversity consultant, and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with expertise in behavioural science and an Autistic and ADHD brain myself. My mission is simple: to create neuro-inclusive spaces that empower and embrace each person's unique brain and strengths. By understanding the individual and their environment, supporting their communities through awareness and education, and transforming spaces, we can confidently empower people to step into their strengths. On the one hand, I am a passionate coach who helps parents, children, and adults navigate the intricacies of a neurodivergent diagnosis, helping them to understand their unique brains, and their strengths, and help them overcome their challenges. On the other hand, I help organisations and schools transform their spaces into inclusive and empowering ones for all individuals through neurodiversity, intersectionality, and inclusivity awareness training and environmental analyses. I am deeply committed to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within businesses, communities, and schools.
