Global Chair of Nursing for the International Committee of Military Medicine facilitating empowerment globally, a PhD and ICF coaching certificates have took me so far! My commitment to continued self- development enables me to help you short circuit ‘stuff’ you are facing. You are not alone. I have faced (and overcome!) them too!
I typically work with 35 to 45-year-old senior leaders in international organisations, those who have set up their own business to escape a toxic environment at work, may be ex- military. I support them to find their voice and confidence again, own who they are so that they can soar! I also support values driven businesses to embed their purpose and vision to improve their team’s engagement which reduces sickness, absenteeism and develops a great sense of loyalty
