Founder at The Creative Wellbeing CompanyWith a background in publishing, Fiona used to design craft kits for one of the UK's leading craft magazines. After becoming a first-time mum to the beautiful Dorothy, losing her ‘dream’ job, and being faced with a global pandemic, it was crafting that helped Fiona find a moment of calm and deal with negative thoughts. Realising the powerful effect that creativity had on her in such a short space of time, Fiona realised that craft could help so many people, and so The Mindful Craft Company was born.

At The Mindful Craft Company, we bring teams together to craft and create messages of positivity, gratitude, values and connection. Our sessions not only allow a time of mindfulness but connect teams to each other, to their values and to the culture within your business. All our crafts get your team thinking about a different message and bringing it to life through craft, such as….
