Passionate about delivering change (that works!), I founded The Spiral Hub with one mission - to change the way businesses do change. We work with business leaders who want to turn sustainability commitments and plans into action that delivers meaningful impact.

2. CATALYSE provides you with guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of your roadmap. I bring in other specialists from within The Spiral Hub network to work with me based on the skills and expertise you need.
Who is this for: businesses who need additional capacity (sometimes it's a boost to get started or additional manpower to hit a deadline) or capability (the 'know-how') to get changes implemented.
3. COACH provides access to ongoing mentoring, strategic guidance and objective challenge that helps you become unblocked; kick the tyres on change related issues and questions; share relevant thought leadership; discuss things you haven’t considered; prioritise and make decisions.
Who is this for: businesses who need a level of accountability to keep them focused and a steer to tackle the inevitable hurdles that come with implementing change.
