Passionate about delivering change (that works!), I founded The Spiral Hub with one mission - to change the way businesses do change. We work with business leaders who want to turn sustainability commitments and plans into action that delivers meaningful impact.

They often face the following challenges:- don’t have an actionable framework or plan that gives them the clarity they need- feel stuck and unsupported, lacking the confidence to drive this forward- feel overwhelmed trying to do this whilst juggling day-to-day operations- they struggle to collaborate effectively across the business to deliver change

At The Spiral Hub, we work with clients in three ways:

1. CLARIFY is a one day working session to develop a prioritised roadmap, identifying different work streams and quick wins​, and establishes a set of principles for how to deliver change in your business in a manageable way.

You’ll move from feeling overwhelmed, unsure where you’re heading and not having a clear plan to feeling confident, clear on your targets and the plan to get there.

Who is this for: businesses who feel like they are juggling one too many balls, caught in the detail and can no longer see the 'wood for the trees'.

2. CATALYSE provides you with guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of your roadmap. I bring in other specialists from within The Spiral Hub network to work with me based on the skills and expertise you need.

Who is this for: businesses who need additional capacity (sometimes it's a boost to get started or additional manpower to hit a deadline) or capability (the 'know-how') to get changes implemented.

3. COACH provides access to ongoing mentoring, strategic guidance and objective challenge that helps you become unblocked; kick the tyres on change related issues and questions; share relevant thought leadership; discuss things you haven’t considered; prioritise and make decisions.

Who is this for: businesses who need a level of accountability to keep them focused and a steer to tackle the inevitable hurdles that come with implementing change.
