About Impact Culture

We are a small but impactful team of EDI professionals, working passionately on realising the change we want to see in our communities, homes, and workplaces. We are also part of the Social Justice Collective, a women of colour group that collaborates, inspires, and advocates for social justice, liberation, and transformational EDI practices. We provide a range of bespoke services depending on organisational needs and where you are on your EDI journey. No matter if this is your first equity, diversity, and inclusion project, or if you have been on this journey for a long time, we can provide robust insights, nuanced strategies and tailored learning opportunities that meet your organisation’s needs.

Our services fall into three main categories: Evidence - Impact - Change.

  • Evidence: Systemic and wider culture change needs to be rooted in Evidence. We build robust qualitative, quantitative, and mixed method insight reports mapped against your organisational culture. If you need to assess the impact and outcomes of a specific EDI project, conduct a baseline evaluation, want to run wider equality or social justice research, or do a comprehensive EDI audit to evaluate the experiences of your employees, customers, or service users, we have the expertise and experience to lead a range of evidence and insight projects.
  • Impact: We support clients in developing impactful EDI strategies, that really target what needs to change. Big believers in the collaborative and participatory approach, we facilitate a unique series of workshops for key stakeholders to shape vision, strategy, and theory of change.
  • Change: Everyone has a role to play when it comes to effecting change. We support people with this by providing different forms of training or reflection sessions, e.g., exploring privilege and power, unpacking micro-aggressions and forms of systemic oppression, thinking about how to have challenging conversations and creating an inclusive workplace. Giving people the tools, insights and learning opportunities needed to advance your EDI visions and ambitions is crucial if meaningful change is to happen.
