I work with business leaders who are passionate about having a meaningful impact on the world. They’ve already started on the journey to being an impactful business and now want to amplify and scale up their impact. They often face the following challenges:- don’t have an actionable framework or plan that gives them the clarity they need- feel stuck and unsupported, lacking the confidence to drive this forward- want to write an impact report but don’t know where to start or what to include- feel overwhelmed trying to do this whilst juggling day-to-day operations
I support them through four solutions.
1. CLARIFY is a one day working session to develop a prioritised roadmap. It identifies quick wins and where budget and external support will be needed. You’ll move from feeling overwhelmed, unsure where you’re heading and not having a clear plan to feeling confident, clear on your targets and the plan to get there. To find out more, see the attached document and book a GET CLARITY call - https://lnkd.in/eJNAWjun
2. REPORT helps you create an impact report that communicates your impact effectively. I help you map out the story and identify data to include. Once you've drafted the report, I review it and provide feedback. And I share advice on how to scale up your impact. To find out more, see the attached document and book a COMMUNICATE IMPACT call - https://lnkd.in/ejAMQRdM
3. AMPLIFY helps you develop a cohesive impact framework that helps you take meaningful action. It includes an impact vision, impact strategy, impact goals and stepping stones to achieve those goals.Your activities will shift from tactical to strategic. You’ll go from feeling overwhelmed to in control and excited about the journey. From feeling business strategy and impact are separate to having an integrated business plan.To find out more, send me a DM or set up a STEP UP MY IMPACT call - https://lnkd.in/emgtdjmN
4. When I work with you as OUTSOURCED CHIEF IMPACT OFFICER you have access to ongoing mentoring, strategic guidance and objective challenge that helps you become unblocked; kick the tyres on impact-related issues and questions; consider things you haven’t considered; prioritise and make decisions. You have the guidance you need to keep moving forward, knowing you’re making a difference.
