What is Equitas?
Equitas is interview intelligence software designed for fair hiring which allows for live close captioning and transcripts enabling HR teams to make quick decisions with confidence while being able to forester engaging conversations that each candidate or employee with equal opportunities.
Equitas is transforming hiring through the use of technology and data to foster engaging conversations that provide each candidate with equal opportunities empowering hiring teams to make every interview count whilst still ensuring a fair, consistent and engaging interview experience with interview intelligence.
Equitas also provides feedback reports for candidates, reducing the workload for customers who can spend more time looking to score candidates fairly and fill positions quickly. Equitas is currently only available for hiring interviews space, however the tool has the potential to be used in any meeting scenario where accurate recollection is needed.
