Best.Energy is a cleantech business in the energy efficiency space. Our mission is to forge a built environment that is more energy-efficient, more sustainable and more pleasing to work and live in by harnessing the power of the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our story began over a decade ago in St Austell, Cornwall and we now have people across the globe including Malaysia, Dubai, the USA, Australia, South America and of course, the UK where our HQ is now situated in Bristol.

Our benefits have had a revamp – yay! We offer enhanced maternity (6 weeks full pay and 33 weeks at 50%) and enhanced paternity (3 weeks fully paid), the same leave for parents who are adopting. We have a Family Care policy which is time off for parents who have experienced a miscarriage too. In addition, we have Cycle to Work, 2 x Volunteer Days, 10% Learning Time, Flexi Hours (core hours of 10.00-15.00) and an Inclusive Holiday Allowance.
