Terms and Conditions
Please read these conditions carefully before using the Includability Limited website. By using the Includability Limited website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Client terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions of our website.
Introduction
Welcome to Includability Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by us, aimed at supporting businesses in achieving and maintaining the status of Includability Committed Employer. By using our services, you agree to these Terms, effective from January 1st, 2024. For Clients who signed up prior to January 1, 2024 these Terms will apply in full on re-verification.
Subscription Payments (see subscriptions)
- Annual Subscription: Fees are due annually, calculated from the completion date of the Company Commitment Survey (CCS), ensuring continuous access to our services.
- Monthly Subscription Option: Available via Stripe, this option allows for monthly billing, cancellable post the initial 12-month commitment, facilitating manageable payments.
- Payment Notifications: You will receive reminders before each due date to prevent any service interruptions.
Verification Process
- Initial Setup: Completion of the CCS is required to begin the verification process, granting you Pending Committed Employer Status.
- Process Details: Involves up to seven tailored stages, addressing areas such as Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, Mental Health, Wellbeing, Leadership, Governance, Talent Management, and for recruitment firms, Diversity in Recruitment.
- Verification Partners (VPs): External experts will conduct evaluations and provide feedback. They maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism.
- Outcomes: Successful completion will upgrade your status to Includability Committed Employer, with a detailed Verification Report provided.
- Timeline: The Verification Report is delivered within two months after completion of assessments.
- Reassessment: The verification process is repeated every two years to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
Webinars and Community Meet-ups
- Content: Covering core topics like Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, and Mental Health across different sectors.
- Participation: Clients are expected to attend at least four webinars per year and one live meetup to maintain their status.
- Access: Events are registered through platforms like Eventbrite, TicketTailor (or similar) and accessed via Zoom.
Training and Workshop Discounts
- Eligibility: Available post-CCS completion and payment.
- Limitations: Conditions set by third-party providers may apply.
- Access to Discounts: Detailed in the client area and communicated directly to you.
Communication
- Methods: Through direct emails, monthly mailers, and the client area.
- Opting In/Out: Manageable through links provided in each communication.
Rewards Scheme
- Earning Points: Activities such as survey completion, event participation, and referrals earn you ICE points.
- Redemption: Points are redeemable for supporting B1G1 projects aligned with UN SDGs.
- No Expiry: Points are tallied quarterly and annually, without expiration.
Client Area Access
- Features: Includes access to digital assets, event info, and educational content.
- Data Security: Compliant with the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
- Demo Access: Available for prospective clients for 30 days post-signup.
Ambassador and Champions Programme
- Roles: Ambassadors and champions promote Includability values and participate in community efforts.
- Benefits: Include branding assets and promotional opportunities.
- Commitment: An orientation call is required to discuss roles and commitments.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective immediately. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Termination
Services may be terminated by either party with written notice, outlined in these Terms. No refunds are available once the Verification Process has started, and the minimum term of engagement is 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction.
By engaging with our services, you commit to fostering an inclusive and sustainable workplace alongside Includability Ltd.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time. You will be deemed to accept the terms and conditions (as amended) when you next use the Website following any amendment. Such changes shall either be notified to you by e-mail on the address linked to your recruiter account or posted on the home pages of the Website.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
- Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
