ENGAGE Consultancy Terms of Service

1. Introduction These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services offered by ENGAGE Consultancy, a division of Ellis Knight International Recruitment LTD, (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). These services include but are not limited to courses, workshops, webinars, and training solutions (collectively, "Services").

2. Applicability These Terms apply to all users of ENGAGE Consultancy services, including Includability Committed Employers and any company using a supplier listed or suggested by us.

3. Services and Pricing Our Services are detailed on our website and can be purchased directly through our sales team. The prices, excluding VAT, are provided upon request. We reserve the right to modify our prices and services at any time.

4. Payment Payments for Services are accepted via bank transfer. We use a third-party payment processor for transactions. Details of the payment processor and accepted payment methods are available upon request.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders can be cancelled without charge up to 30 days before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations must be made directly through our sales team.
• No cancellation fee is charged if cancelled prior to 30 days. Fees for late cancellations vary.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 30 days.

6. Advance Payments Advance payments or deposits will be refunded if the purchase is cancelled under eligible circumstances: cancellation prior to 30 days, course provider illness, or course provider delay or cancellation.

7. Warranties and Liability We act as a facilitator between the client and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for the quality of training provided by third parties. Any financial claims due to quality concerns should be directed to the supplier.

8. Subscription Services

• Subscriptions to the ENGAGE Learning Management System (LMS) are valid as long as the client remains an Includability Committed Employer.
• Free trials of 30 days are available.
• Subscriptions renew yearly.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting our sales team.

9. Client Accounts Client accounts are available and can be utilized by individual users or company-wide, as requested.

10. Prohibited Uses Users are prohibited from hacking, copying text, or using information from our website for spamming or any illegal activities.

11. Corrections and Errors We reserve the right to correct any errors on our website, including pricing errors.

12. Limitation of Liability Our liability in disputes related to the use of our website or Services is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Websites We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from users accessing third-party websites linked from our site.

14. Intellectual Property All content on our website is our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
