Terms & Conditions – Includability Gateway Membership

1. Eligibility and Membership

1.1 The Includability Gateway membership is available exclusively to businesses that align with Includability’s mission and values.
1.2 To access membership benefits, businesses must hold an active Includability Gateway Business Membership and be authorised representatives of their organisation.
1.3 Membership accounts are non-transferable and must not be used by unauthorised individuals.

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 Recurring Subscription: When you register for an Includability Gateway Membership, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • (a) Includability (or its third-party payment processor) is authorised to charge you on a monthly or annual basis (plus any applicable taxes) until cancellation.
  • (b) Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

2.2 Payment Mechanisms: All payments are processed via a third-party provider. Includability is not liable for any errors or failures caused by such providers.
2.3 Billing Information: You agree to maintain current and accurate billing details in your account.
2.4 Overdue Payments: If payment is overdue by 10 days or more, Includability may:

  • (a) Suspend your access to membership benefits.
  • (b) Suspend access to any business resources provided under your membership.

3. Membership Renewal and Cancellation

3.1 Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3.2 Cancellation Policy:

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time via the account billing page or by contacting Includability in writing.
  • A 90-day notice period applies to all cancellations. Your membership will remain active until the end of the notice period.
    3.3 Refunds:
  • Membership payments made within the first 30 days may be fully refunded upon request.
  • Payments made after 30 days are non-refundable.
    3.4 Membership Rate Adjustments: Includability reserves the right to update membership fees. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect upon the next renewal date.

4. Account Termination and Data Management

4.1 If a membership is cancelled or expires:

  • Access to Includability Gateway features will be revoked.
  • Any data associated with the membership may be deleted for data protection compliance.
    4.2 Failure to respond to renewal notifications may result in account suspension.

5. Membership Conduct and Compliance

5.1 Members must comply with Includability’s values and policies, including those on diversity, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
5.2 Includability reserves the right to terminate memberships that violate these terms.
