A Celebration of Excellence

The Includability November Employer Support Group (ESG) played host the awards ceremony, which served as a powerful tribute to the champions of inclusion and diversity. Each finalist and winner demonstrated outstanding commitment to fostering workplaces that prioritise equity, sustainability, and mental health.

The event highlighted the importance of celebrating achievements and reflecting on the steps we are collectively taking to build inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive.

David Holby-Wolinski, CEO of Includability, shared his thoughts on the Includability Awards 2024:

“I’m incredibly proud of every single finalist and winner at this year’s awards. Their hard work and dedication inspire us all to continue creating more inclusive and supportive workplaces. The passion and innovation we’ve seen in this last year proves that change is not only possible—it’s happening. Thank you to everyone who is part of this journey.”

Links and Drinks: Connections That Matter

The return of Links and Drinks added an extra layer of excitement and connection to the evening. This relaxed networking event reaffirmed the importance of building meaningful relationships to further the mission of inclusivity.

A a special congratulations goes to the WGC team and the DRUM Studios team for their dedication and hard work as they proudly collected their awards trophies on the evening.

We also extend our gratitude to Sara Matthews, who graciously accepted the award on behalf of Worcester City Women FC, an organisation that continues to inspire and empower individuals in the sports community and beyond.
