JEDI INCLUSION TOOLKIT
The B Corp JEDI Knowledge Hub
Every source worth reading on B Corp JEDI, in one place. A free reference library of B Lab material, UK data, legislation and good practice, so you stop searching and start working.
What is in the B Corp JEDI Knowledge Hub?
The B Corp JEDI Knowledge Hub is a free library of B Corp JEDI resources in the JEDI Inclusion Toolkit. It brings together B Lab's own material on Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, the B Lab knowledge base and standards sites, and the UK data, legislation and good practice sources you need alongside them, all in one place.
Who it's for
- B Corp certification leads checking what the JEDI criteria ask for
- HR, People and Culture leads who need trusted UK sources
- Anyone who wants the source documents behind the JEDI Inclusion Toolkit
Why is it so hard to find the right JEDI sources?
The documents behind the B Corp JEDI requirement are spread across B Lab's global site, its knowledge base, national sites and a long list of UK data, legal and good practice sources. Finding the right version takes time, and it is easy to work from an out-of-date page.
When everyone on the team reads something different, decisions get made on different assumptions. A single, trusted reference point saves hours and keeps everyone working from the same facts.

Not sure which modules you need?
A Cultural Roadmap with a JEDI Gap Analysis shows you, so you start where your gaps are.
The Roadmap shows the gaps. The toolkit closes them and produces your evidence.
