At Matchable, we’re reimagining volunteering. Gone are the days of painting a fence another company painted two weeks ago.

We ‘match’ employees with volunteering opportunities based on the causes they really care about and the skills they can offer.

So whether that’s building a tech tool to reduce suicide rates or mentoring a refugee in creating their own business we’re giving employees purpose through skilled volunteering.

Company Culture

We’re real believers in flexible working (we were recently ‘Flexafied’) and are definitely a people first company. We don’t believe you need to be tied to your desk to do good work. As long as you deliver the results, we don’t care how you do it.

Every month, we have a team social. Over lockdown, this has been a real mix! From cocktail making, drawing or doing a cook along with one of our impact organisations. We’ve also launched the Matchble book club.

Now things have opened back up, we’re heading out for lunches and exploring lots of new cuisines. That social is followed by an extra company day off to recharge your batteries
