Data shows you what is happening. Feedback tells you why. The Gathering Worker and Stakeholder Feedback module of the JEDI Inclusion Toolkit helps you set up feedback routes people trust, write terms of reference for employee resource groups, and show people what changed because they spoke up.

Most organisations run some inclusion training. Fewer can say who needs what, who has done it and whether it made a difference. The Supporting Learning Management module gives you a training needs analysis and a tracker to answer all three, and it is free.

A diversity survey lets people share who they are, by choice, so you can see who is in your workforce and where experiences differ. The Self-ID Surveys module of the JEDI Inclusion Toolkit shows you how to run one safely, and it is free.
